This presentation will focus on the case study I wrote for a chapter in the book, Using the Rorschach Performance Assessment System® (R-PAS®) that was edited by Joni L. Mihura and Gregory J. Meyer. My chapter is titled “The Pre- Employment Evaluation of a Candidate for a Roman Catholic Seminary.” Like all the contributions to the book, my case study emphasizes the value of the Rorschach-Performance Assessment System in multimethod assessment. The collaboration in the pre-employment area is often only between the referring agency and the assessing psychologist; not directly with the person being assessed. In this case, the candidate being assessed requested to see me after the assessment so a direct collaboration with him ends the case study. I will introduce and read the chapter, leaving time for discussion. An electronic copy of my chapter will be available free-of-charge on request from forum attendees.
